Description

Cypress County is soliciting Proposals from qualified Design-Build Proponent teams for the provision of design and construction services of the new HAMLET OF IRVINE COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTRE located at 71 South Railway Avenue, Hamlet of Irvine, Alberta.
Development of a 3,600 sq. ft. single story building on a .38 acre site. The Project will include a reception area, office space, board room and library space. The site plan includes parking, drop-off area, supplemental landscaping and an area for a future playground.
